  • How does your a-la-carte menu work?
Our a-la-carte menu allows you to customize your detailing service by selecting the specific services you want. This gives you flexibility and control over the cost.
  • How much water do you use when you perform a detailing service on my vehicle?
We prioritize water conservation and use eco-friendly techniques. We typically use less water than a standard car wash, relying on specialized tools and products that minimize water consumption.
  • What is an "add-on only" service?
An "add-on only" service is a service that cannot be purchased individually but can be added to another service package. This is usually done to complement other services and enhance the overall detailing experience.
  • How long does an auto care detail service take?
The duration varies depending on the services selected and the condition of your vehicle. A basic exterior detail might take a few hours, while a full interior and exterior detail with paint correction could take a full day or longer. We'll provide a more accurate estimate during your consultation. With that being said see below the estimated times depending on the package. Eco: 1-2 hours Sport: 2-4 hours Track: 4-6 hours
  • Why does your pricing say "starts at"?
Pricing can vary based on your vehicle's size, condition, and the specific services you choose. The "starts at" price gives you a general idea of the cost, but a final price will be provided after we assess your vehicle during the consultation.
  • How often should a vehicle be washed? Does it depend on how regularly you wash your vehicle?
The frequency of washing depends on several factors, including driving habits, climate, and personal preference. Generally, washing your car every 1-2 weeks is recommended to prevent dirt buildup and maintain its appearance.
  • How come you do not perform paint correction for paint chipping?
Paint correction focuses on improving the appearance of the existing paint by removing imperfections like swirls and scratches. Paint chips involve missing paint and usually require touch-up or repainting, which is a different service than paint correction.
  • Why is hydrophobic spray application limited to "add-on" only?
Hydrophobic spray is considered an "add-on" service because it's most effective when applied to a clean, prepped surface that already has a layer of protection, such as wax or sealant. By itself, the spray doesn't offer significant protection against scratches or environmental contaminants. However, when added to a detailing package, it amplifies the water-repelling properties of the existing protection, enhancing shine and making future cleaning easier. This ensures the best possible results and maximizes the value of the hydrophobic spray application.
  • What is the difference between different paint protection products like ceramic, wax, PPF, and hydrophobic spray?
Ceramic Coating: Provides durable protection, and enhances gloss and makes cleaning easier, lasting typically 2-3 years. Keep in mind that Ceramic Coating does not protect against rock chips or scratching these are common misconceptions. Wax: Offers a good level of protection and shine but needs reapplication every few months. It's a more traditional option. Paint Protection Film (PPF): A clear film applied to the paint, offering physical protection against rock chips, scratches, and bug splatter. It's the most expensive option but provides the best protection against physical damage. Hydrophobic Spray: Creates a water-repellent layer that helps bead up water and dirt, making the car easier to clean. It offers minimal protection compared to the other options.
  • What is the difference between heavy swirls and light swirls on a vehicle's paint condition? Why can't you perform a paint correction in one day when there is heavy swirling?
Swirls are fine scratches on the paint's surface that can make it look dull. Heavy swirls are deeper and more noticeable, requiring more intensive correction than light swirls. Paint correction for heavy swirling often takes longer as it involves multiple stages of polishing to remove the deeper scratches.
  • What is an interior or exterior consultation? Is it necessary for my vehicle?
A consultation allows us to assess your vehicle's condition, discuss your goals and expectations, and recommend the most suitable services. While not mandatory, a consultation can help us tailor our services to your specific needs and ensure the best possible results.
